what happened to the hanlingo forums?

Nothing really good happening yet.
However, I'm still slightly hopeful.

Wondering what the future holds for me...
Maybe, I haven't taken enough risks.
I don't know, but I feel a little bit stuck in my current situation.

Dreams

I dreamed this morning that I was at a fast food restaurant and Marianne maciborski was showing me how to add the coke mix ingredients to the coke fountain machines. However, we were pouring something that looked more like a bag of brown sugar than hooking up an actual bag of coke mix.

Well, I at least feel there is a chance for a successful date.

Even though none of my possibilities have become realities, I am glad to have the possibility to meet a girl. Before I was unable to even think about dating or seeing a girl who is my age. So, at this point, I am glad to have this new possibility.

I feel betrayed.

The college that was going to support me through thick and thin, gave me a one chance performance, which did not got as well as planned. Then, they dropped me like a rock.
Really kind of sad.

Hanlingo.com The best place for korean/english language exchanges

http://www.hanlingo.com

About 3 and a 1/2 years ago, I joined an online community called Hanlingo. I wasn't aware of any other online communities to exchange language, and this community focused on Korean/English language exchanges. It was a perfect match for me, because I wanted to practice and learn more Korean language. The community was young at the time, and I was one of the earlier people to register.

I watched as Hanlingo grew better and better with the addition of new features and a more advanced searching technique so that I could more easily find better exchange partners. Then discussion boards developed, which was a quick place to get answers. Then there was the addition of the point system, which encouraged accurate responses to language questions.

Recently, the site has been more focused on local meetups in Korea and the point system for answering language questions appears to be gone. However, this community still has some interesting features for foreign language exchanges, but sometimes they are a little difficult to find.

If you are able to determine how to find everything on the site, then this site will still be a 5-star exchange site.
